Nobody understands your positioning in the international market.
You say what you do, and buyers in other markets can't tell why you're different.
You're good at what you do. You still can't say where your next international client is coming from. The ICA Framework fixes that. It's a six-step system that helps coaches, consultants, agencies and service businesses attract, convert and scale high-value clients from outside India, without cold calling and without relying on referrals.
Most of the people who come to us deliver excellent work. But they still hit the same six walls:
You say what you do, and buyers in other markets can't tell why you're different.
You also don't know who to target once you pick one.
When referrals slow down, there is nothing behind them.
What makes sense to an Indian client doesn't land the same way with an international buyer.
Leads go quiet, and most never turn into clients.
You can't say what's working, so you can't repeat it.
These aren't skill problems. They are process problems, and a process can be fixed.
The International Client Acquisition Framework is a step-by-step method for getting clients internationally on purpose. It covers the whole journey, from "nobody knows me" to a steady flow of international clients: who you target, what you say, how you find leads, how you close them, how you stay in touch and how you grow.
Why a structured process beats scattered marketing. A post once in a while, a random cold message and a webinar don't add up to a client acquisition system. Each activity works alone, so none of them builds a system.
A structured international client acquisition process connects every step. Your positioning shapes your strategy. Your strategy shapes your leads. Your leads feed your sales calls. And your follow-up brings back the ones who weren't ready.
International Client Acquisition. The ICA Framework is Darshit Pandey's version of this method.
Coaches, consultants, agencies and service-based businesses that already deliver good work and want international clients on a regular basis.
Unclear positioning, wrong-fit markets, weak lead generation, low conversion and no way to measure any of it.
Work through the steps in order. Each one ends with something you can use, and the next step builds on it.
If you try to sell to everyone, you end up competing on price. This step makes you the obvious choice for one specific buyer.
Picking the wrong market wastes months. This step shows you where to aim first and what success looks like.
This is where referrals stop being your only source. You build a process that brings in qualified leads every week.
Getting on calls is not the goal. Signing the right clients at the right price is. This step gives you a sales process that does that without pressure.
Many good leads aren't ready to buy on the first call. This step keeps you in front of them until they are.
Once the system runs, you find out what's working and do more of it. This step turns your results into numbers you can act on.
Tick what's true for your business today. Be honest. The unchecked boxes show you where to start.
You're at the foundation stage. Start with positioning and strategy.
Here is the same framework as a five-phase plan, with what you should have at the end of each phase.

I'm Darshit Pandey, an International Client Acquisition Coach with 7+ years of experience in marketing and sales. I've helped 400+ businesses across 26+ countries build a way to win clients outside India.
I built the ICA Framework because I kept meeting the same person. Skilled, hardworking and underpaid, with a client list that depended on who happened to recommend them. They didn't need more skills. They needed a process.
My approach is simple. Clients should come to you because they trust you. No cold calling, no begging and no pushy sales.
It's a step-by-step method for getting clients from outside your home country on purpose. It covers who you target, what you say, how you find leads, how you close them, how you follow up and how you grow. Darshit Pandey's version is called the ICA Framework.
ICA stands for International Client Acquisition. The ICA Framework is a six-step system for coaches, consultants, agencies and service businesses that want international clients. The steps are Clarity & Positioning, International Client Acquisition Strategy, Lead Generation & Systems, Conversion & Closing, Lead Nurturing and Scale Globally.
You go through the six steps in order, and each one ends with something concrete. You start with an ideal customer profile and a positioning statement. Then you get a target-market plan, a lead-generation system, a sales process, a nurturing workflow and a performance dashboard. Each output feeds the next step, so nothing is built in isolation.
It replaces guesswork with a process. You know which market to go after, what to say, where leads will come from and what happens after the first call. That means fewer months wasted on the wrong market and less dependence on referrals.
The ICA Framework has six: Clarity & Positioning, International Client Acquisition Strategy, Lead Generation & Systems, Conversion & Closing, Lead Nurturing and Scale Globally. Any sound client acquisition framework covers the same ground, from positioning and planning through to leads, sales, follow-up and growth.
Build it in five phases. First, get clear on your ideal client and market. Second, set up lead generation. Third, build a sales process for calls and proposals. Fourth, add nurturing and follow-up. Fifth, track your numbers and scale what works. Each phase has its own deliverables, which are listed in the implementation plan above.
Coaches, consultants, agencies, and service-based businesses that already deliver good work and want a steady flow of international clients. If you don't have an offer yet, fix that first. The framework works best when there is something proven to sell.
Any business that sells expertise or a service that can be delivered to clients abroad. That includes coaching practices, consultancies, agencies and other service providers. Businesses that can only serve customers in person, in one location, will get less from it.
Look at demand, budget and competition. Ask whether buyers in that country already pay for what you sell, whether they can afford your price, how crowded the market is, and whether time zone and language work for you. Shortlist a few countries and test one first.
Content on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube, a podcast, targeted ads, personalized outreach, email, partnerships and referrals can all work. You don't need all of them. Pick one or two based on where your buyers spend their time, and build from there.
It depends on where you're starting from. Positioning and strategy come first, then lead generation and sales need real activity before you can judge them. The faster you finish the foundation, the sooner you see data. On a strategy call, we'll give you a realistic timeline for your business.
There are three ways. Do It Together is coaching with guidance as you build. Done-For-You means we set up the system for you. The ICA Workshop teaches you the framework so you can see where your current process falls short. The first step is a strategy call.
A structured process beats scattered effort every time. Think about where you're stuck right now: positioning, leads, or sales calls. That's where we start.
