1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of darshitpandey.in and to every product or service you buy from Darshit Pandey ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Our services

We offer coaching, consulting and done-for-you services based on the International Client Acquisition (ICA) Framework, including:

• Paid strategy calls.
• Live masterclasses and workshops.
• Global Acquisition Hub, our coaching and consulting program.
• Global Acquisition Engine, our done-for-you engagement, offered by application only.
• Digital resources, tools and recordings.

The exact scope, duration and deliverables of each program are described on its sales page, in your invoice or in a separate agreement. If those differ from these terms, the program-specific document applies.

3. Bookings and payments

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and must be paid in full before access, unless an EMI or instalment plan is agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• If an instalment is missed, we may pause your access until it is paid.
• A paid strategy call is booked after payment, at a time you choose from the available slots.

4. Rescheduling and missed sessions

If you cannot attend a booked call, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will help you reschedule once. Calls missed without notice may be treated as delivered.

5. Results and earnings disclaimer

The client results on this website, such as revenue, clients won and appointments booked, are real outcomes reported by our clients. They are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of your results.

Your results depend on many things, including your skills, offer, market, effort, time and budget. We provide education, guidance and services. We do not guarantee any specific income, number of clients or business outcome.

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you book or sign up.
• Take action on the guidance you receive. Coaching works only when it is implemented.
• Treat our team and other members with respect in calls, groups and communities. We may remove anyone who is abusive or disruptive, without a refund.
• Do not share your login, recordings or program access with anyone else.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our programs, including the ICA Framework, videos, slides, templates, scripts, tools, text, logos and images, belongs to Darshit Pandey or its licensors.

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use program materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, record, publish, teach or share them without our written permission.

8. Third-party tools and links

We use and link to third-party services such as Razorpay, YouTube, Zoom and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their availability, content or policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to.

10. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any loss or claim arising from your misuse of the website or our materials, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, our prices or our services at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
