1. Who we are
This website, darshitpandey.in, is run by Darshit Pandey, an International Client Acquisition Coach based in Bengaluru, India, and the creator of the International Client Acquisition (ICA) Framework, Global Acquisition Hub and Global Acquisition Engine ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit our website, fill in a form, book a call, attend a masterclass or join a program.
We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Your name, email address, phone number and the role you select when you book a strategy call or fill in any form.
- Details you share about your business, goals and challenges during calls, applications, surveys or assessments.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device type and pages visited.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of your payment, amount and transaction ID, but not your full card, UPI or bank details.
3. How we use your information
- To book, confirm and run your strategy call, masterclass or program.
- To contact you about your booking, including reminders by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To process payments and keep records required by law.
- To understand your business so we can recommend the right program.
- To send you useful content and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website, content and services.
- To protect against fraud and comply with legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Razorpay, for payments.
- Google (Google Workspace, Sheets and Gmail), to store form submissions and send emails.
- Scheduling tools such as Cal.com, to book your call time.
- Video and meeting tools such as Zoom or Google Meet, to run calls and sessions.
- Advertising and analytics tools such as Meta and Google, if enabled, to measure and improve our marketing.
- Our team members (such as appointment setters and coaches), who are bound to keep your information confidential.
We may also disclose information when required by law, a court order or a government authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Lead and booking details are kept for up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as Indian law requires.
6. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
- Raise a grievance about how we handle your data.

8. How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices, including secure, access-controlled tools and limiting access to people who need it. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Third-party links
Our website links to other sites such as YouTube, Instagram, Razorpay and news publications. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Children
Our services are meant for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
